This covers two sites: kockpit.cc, the public pages you are reading, and app.kockpit.cc, the monitoring application, which requires an account.
Analytics
Both sites use Google Analytics 4 (property G-69QN14WR5J) to count visits and see which pages get used. Google acts as a data processor and receives the data; its handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
On app.kockpit.cc the analytics data is deliberately reduced before it is sent. Page titles inside the app name the website being monitored, so rather than the real title, Analytics is given a generic route such as /sites/:id. Query strings are removed for the same reason. No monitored domain, customer name or account email is sent to Google.
Cookies

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. Decline and none are set. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the notice will ask again. Signing in to the application sets its session cookie regardless — without it you cannot stay logged in.
Data in the application
For account holders, the application stores the websites you ask it to watch and what it observes about them — availability, certificates, domain registration, DNS records, page metadata — plus your account email and the addresses you nominate to receive alerts. That data exists to operate the service for you. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the processors needed to run it: Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Postmark (sending alert email).
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and equivalent rights elsewhere, you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond.
